Lifehouse Homes not only offers a variety of floor plans, but their “many standard features options” would be considered upgrades with other builders. They use quality materials and skilled workers, yet their homes are very reasonably priced. If you happen to purchase, after construction has begun, as I did, no need worry, as their interior designs are beautiful. The continuous updates, provided by the builders, were refreshing as well as completion dates remaining on schedule. A “detailed” walk through occurs a few days before closing. The owners are professional and politely direct, with no hidden surprises. Overall, by choosing Lifehouse Homes, you will have a sense of relief knowing your home will be well built. Very attentive builder. You can tell there is a lot of pride and ownership in this company, which has resulted in a very stylish and well built home. Homes are an investment and this one should hold or even exceed its value. This is not the typical cookie cutter quality of other companies.
